Casey Cote is the Chief Executive Officer for Omnience. Joining the company in 1995, Casey established its strategic direction as the industry leader in marketing event management and a technology innovator. He launched initiatives that made the company a pioneer in applying technology to the challenges of managing a large portfolio of events. Casey is also actively involved in managing customer relationships and directing the company's expansion into new markets. Prior, Casey managed forecasting and budgets at Sprint. This financial background has aided the company in many areas, such as the acquisition of Corelan.
Darryl Jackson is President of Omnience, having responsibility over all sales, operations, and process improvement for the company. Darryl has over 30 years experience as a partner at two BIG Four Consulting firms and as a CEO/COO, leading public and private companies to next levels of performance in numerous industries, including: manufacturing, technology, transportation, financial services, consumer products, and B2B software services. During his career he has led organizations to create customer value economically via team-building, business integration, quality/process improvement, performance management, sales and marketing, change management, and enterprise transformation. He believes Omnience has the best people, services, processes, and technology in the event management business and he feels honored to be part of the team.
Chief Operating Officer Chris Cote is responsible for all aspects of corporate operations and project fulfillment. Chris consults with our information technology team developing world-class meeting management tools. He has over 25 years of project and operations management experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Omnience, Chris co-owned a technology company that implemented standards-based network and systems management solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
Chief Financial Officer Todd Guthrie is responsible for financial management and planning at Omnience. As a partner in the CFO practice of TechCXO, Todd has provided Omnience with a wealth of experience since 2009. He has performed in vice president and CFO roles in more than a dozen high-growth and fast-changing companies, including Tetra Laval and Lund International Holdings. Todd is a Georgia-licensed CPA who started his career with KPMG.
Since 2006 Kent Gregoire has served the CEO and executive team as business strategist and advisor. Kent continues in that role today, and also serves as the company's CMO. He has founded and served as CEO of more than a dozen fast-growth companies. He is an experienced sales and social selling consultant and speaker, recognized by Inside View as one of the Top 25 Influential Leaders in Sales. His article "Tweet Me, Friend Me, Make Me Buy" appeared in the July-August 2012 Harvard Business Review.
Kirby J. Winters is a leader in the web communications and information technology industry with a wide array of experiences across multiple industries.
Kirby joined Omnience in 2016 to lead the software solutions team. His experience with leading teams to develop secure enterprise software solutions offers quality services to Omnience clients. Kirby has worked in the software development industry for over 20 years and held positions from developer to CTO. His extensive proven experience in software ideation, agile development, infrastructure scaling and information security allows Omnience to deliver scalable, secure Event Optimization Solutions to our clients across a multitude of industries.
Kirby holds a business degree in Marketing from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.
